  二、當(dāng)工控觸摸屏工作電壓異常時(shí)導(dǎo)致工控觸摸屏亂跳失靈
    現(xiàn)象：工業(yè)觸摸屏無(wú)規(guī)律的亂跳
    問題分析：工業(yè)觸摸屏無(wú)規(guī)律的亂跳，說(shuō)明工業(yè)觸摸屏自身工作不正常，當(dāng)工業(yè)觸摸屏的供電小于其正常工作電壓時(shí)，會(huì)引起此現(xiàn)象。
    根本原因：工業(yè)觸摸屏供電異常
    改進(jìn)措施：修改工業(yè)觸摸屏供電電壓，使其正常，可能需要修改LDO供電，硬件有可能需要改板
 
    三、當(dāng)工控觸摸屏固件版本太低時(shí)導(dǎo)致工控觸摸屏亂跳失靈
    現(xiàn)象：工業(yè)觸摸屏可以正常使用，但是按下區(qū)域和響應(yīng)區(qū)域成鏡像反，例如按左邊區(qū)域右邊響應(yīng)，按右邊區(qū)域左邊響應(yīng)
    問題分析：工業(yè)觸摸屏局部區(qū)域可以使用只是按下去不準(zhǔn)確，但是但是中斷正常，報(bào)點(diǎn)位置鏡像反，引起此現(xiàn)象可能是工業(yè)觸摸屏固件太老，當(dāng)前驅(qū)動(dòng)不匹配引起的 。
    根本原因：工業(yè)觸摸屏固件不匹配
    改進(jìn)措施：升級(jí)工業(yè)觸摸屏固件
那么給電機(jī)加油的周期是多久？加注量是多少？選擇什么樣的油脂？加注量一般為1/2~2/3，加少了潤(rùn)滑效果不好，加多了會(huì)造成電機(jī)軸承過(guò)熱；一般二極電機(jī)半年加注一次，四極以上電機(jī)一年加注一次，也可以根據(jù)有些電機(jī)廠對(duì)軸承要求的時(shí)間加注，他們一般都按運(yùn)行小時(shí)計(jì)算。
電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承加油方法：
1）平時(shí)、小修補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑油，可以根據(jù)情況把軸承內(nèi)的擺放潤(rùn)滑油摳掉一些，然后補(bǔ)充少許潤(rùn)滑油。
2）大修全部更換，首先把電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子抽出定子，然后用汽油好好清洗，并等完全干后再加油。且加油數(shù)量為軸承室空隙的1/3~1/2即可，不能加油太多，否則軸承容易發(fā)熱損壞。
首先要正確選擇潤(rùn)滑脂，然后按以下要求加潤(rùn)滑脂：
①注意周圍環(huán)境，必須保持潤(rùn)滑脂的純凈，切不可讓灰塵、砂粒吹入及金屬顆粒等雜質(zhì)混入。
②加油的手指或竹片等工具必須干凈。
③在軸承蓋上加油時(shí)，不宜加得太滿，以占軸承蓋油腔的60%～70%為宜。

任何時(shí)候都是這樣——工作電流一定要比觸電電流大。為什么？電器在工作時(shí)，就比如說(shuō)燈泡吧，這個(gè)燈泡在工作的時(shí)候，產(chǎn)生的電流是I工作=U/R燈。而當(dāng)我們觸電時(shí)，產(chǎn)生的電流就是I觸電=U/(R燈+R人)。

人體的電阻阻值是很高的，因此，當(dāng)電路中的電壓很低時(shí)，由于R燈很小，所以工作電流（I工作）很大；當(dāng)我們觸電時(shí)，由于人體接入了電路，與燈泡串聯(lián)了，而人體的電阻又比較大，電路中的電壓又沒變，所以觸電電流（I觸電）就很小了。二、高電壓小電流

高電壓和小電流也是一樣——為什么電器的電壓很高而電流很?。恳?yàn)殡娖鲀?nèi)部有很大的電阻呀！I=U/R，雖然電壓U很大，但只要R也足夠大，產(chǎn)生的工作電流就會(huì)很小。
