2012年3月27日,在營口金辰機械股份有限公司的新工廠內特別舉辦了一場慶祝儀式,出席的有ABB機器人部0球負責人倪思德、營口金辰機械股份有限公司董事長李義升及營口副市長大眾一汽平臺零部件有限公司(簡稱“大眾平臺”)由富奧汽車零部件有限公司和大眾汽車(中國)投資有限公司共同合資興建,德國大眾汽車公司和中國一汽共同控股。公司產品覆蓋轎車前軸/后軸模塊、左/右前懸架模塊等關鍵零部件,主要為一汽大眾提供零部件支持,以及國內外其它整車廠的配套服務,致力于推進零部件國產化進程汽車行業(yè)生產制造變化節(jié)奏高、生產工藝及產線迭代較快,內部物流則需靈活適應不同的產線布局。大眾平臺天津工廠主要生產SUV前橋、后橋、后滑柱與角模塊等,年產能約50W套。車間物流狀況復雜,涉及面廣,傳統(tǒng)的人工作業(yè)需配合產線采用雙班倒,作業(yè)效率低,且成本不斷上升,導致制造成本逐年提高,而物流作為生產過程中非增值的環(huán)節(jié),每年卻需要大量的投入,因此企業(yè)物流自動化升級的需求迫在眉睫。項目在考慮智能化升級的過程中,需要WMS等業(yè)務系統(tǒng)具備更強大而靈活的功能,以應對產線停工、質檢不合格品退料、緊急供料等復雜多變的異常業(yè)務場景。此外,人車混行、人車物料交接等環(huán)境中,對智能設備的安0性和穩(wěn)定性要求極高。鑒于此,企業(yè)需要引進柔性高效的智能物流系統(tǒng),改變現(xiàn)有制造模式,從而提升汽車零部件的生產效果、規(guī)模、質量。

1974年,ABB(當時名為Asea)推出0一臺0電動機器人IRB 6。如今,ABB已擁有近30種型號的機器人,可廣泛滿足各行各業(yè)的生產需求,并由強大的系統(tǒng)集成能力及遍布53個國家的0球銷售服務網絡提供0方位支持。集成門極換流晶閘管IGCT(Integrated Gate-Commutated Thyristor)有的廠家也稱為GCT(Gate-Commutated Thyristor),即門極換流晶閘管,是20世紀90年代后期出現(xiàn)的新型電力電子器件。
集成門極換流晶閘管IGCT將IGBT與GTO的0點結合起來,其容量與GTO相當,但開關速度比GTO快10倍,而且可以省去GTO應用是龐大而復雜的緩沖電路,只不過其所需的驅動功率仍然很大。目前,IGCT正在與IGBT以及其他新型器件激烈競爭,試圖0終取代GTO在大功率場合的位置。業(yè)內認為,電力電子裝置占比高是新型電力系統(tǒng)兩大特征之一,如在新能源并網、海上風電外送和特高壓等0域國際0先的柔性直流輸電技術,就是結合了電力電子、電力系統(tǒng)、通信原理等方面先進技術?;陔娏﹄娮蛹夹g的模塊化多電平換流器、直流斷路器和直流變壓器等是構建直流電網的關鍵裝備。大容量半導體器件則是構建這些關鍵裝備的0核心部件,低成本、低損耗、高可靠的大容量半導體器件對于提升直流電網裝備的經濟性與安0性至關重要。大功率電力電子器件中,目前主要使用IGBT(0緣柵雙極晶體管),IGCT(集成門成門極換流晶閘管)則是更具潛力的半導體器件,市場主要由瑞士ABB、德國英飛凌、美國GE等國外企業(yè)占據,國產替代空間廣闊。
A股中,派瑞股份(300831)是輸變電工程主要設備換流閥的核心元器件主要供應商,公司積極推進新型電力電子器件IGCT等的研發(fā)工作,通過技術攻關已形成系列產品;時代電氣(688187)是0球0三家具有自主生產IGCT能力的企業(yè),也是我國0一家同時掌握晶閘管、IGCT、IGBT及功率組件0套技術的企業(yè),其生產的IGCT已廣泛應用在軌道交通0域,正在與國內風機整機廠開展IGCT應用如果希望做更好的效果,還是要使用張力傳感器,或者使用氣缸擺桿那種做位置環(huán)中點跟蹤,這樣通過跟主機實現(xiàn)同步來做一體化調整,當需要提速的時候,直接調整主機的給定速度,就可以讓收卷速度自動同步了。
現(xiàn)在變頻器技術比較成熟了,使用直流電機調速的,往往都是一些老設備改造上,新上的生產線,基本上都是交流的了。單獨速度無法調整的情況下,只能把590的A6口的電流給定值,設定大一點。縱剪設備收卷系統(tǒng),使用的是派克(原歐陸590)直流調速器,并沒有使用閉環(huán)張力控制,而使用了調速器里邊的開環(huán)張力模塊來實現(xiàn),本質控制是控制電流,還要考慮到卷取過程中,要使用錐度的情況,電流給定要按照一定的曲線去逐步減少晶閘管IGCT是一種新型電力電子器件,它是將GCT芯片與其門極驅動器以低電感方式集成在一起,綜合了晶體管的穩(wěn)定關斷能力和晶閘管低通態(tài)損耗的0點,具有電流大、電壓高、開關頻率高、可靠性高、結構緊湊、損耗低等特點,而且成本低、成品率高,因此有著廣泛的應用前景。因此,有必要對IGCT器件進行深入的應用研究,并設計一套能夠對IGCT器件進行高壓大電流測試實驗的設備。本文從IGCT器件出發(fā),介紹了IGCT器件的結構,工作原理,關鍵技術,IGCT與GTO、IGBT的比
